Well I fianlly got the approvals from work since I am a Asst. manger had to talk to my GM first then had to catch up with all 5 owners first. They are all cool with it long as I don't go past a 00.

I am think about buying this kit to use since its made of steel. But if yall have any suggestions throw them out.

Be careful with going too big, unless you're secure in a career path that won't be negatively affected by it.
My old singer had his ears stretched, pierced nipples, tattoos... then he got serious about wanting to become a highschool teacher. Piercings out, tattoos covered (he was smart and kept them in areas that won't show when wearing professional attire), and he's good to go.

As for the negative commenters in this thread... grow up.

With tattoos and piercings becoming more and more popular they are seeing more acceptance in the work place.

I am out of the piercing phase personally ... I had my tongue, left ear, labret, and septum ... septum and labret wouldn't heal properly so I only kept them in a few months but I stretched my tongue to a 0 gauge before backing off. I haven't had a tongue ring in in like 2 years but the hole is still there.

If you like it do it. It's your body and to all the people thinking you can't get a good job there are Doctors, Lawyers, Computer Engineers, and people in every job market with tats and piercings they let their work do the talking instead of their image.

i've never came across a [respectable] doctor or lawyer with huge holes in their ears or visable tattoos. i wouldnt doubt their work but never have seen nor came across one.

being a GM for hot topic is not the same as a GM for a fortune 500 type company. no dogging on you, just comparing. GL on your training

Just because they aren't visible doesn't mean they aren't there ... most lawyers and doctors wear suits or lab jackets while on the job that cover their tattoos. For piercings it is easy enough to remove while at work. For stretched ears there are actually skin colored plugs you can get and unless you are really looking you won't notice they are there.
