And honestly, not to sound... "light in the loafers", but the gym isn't an option. A guy my size in the gym... Man, people stare, laugh, and I hate it. I'm not one to get embarassed, and I'm not one to get upset, but my size is just that one thing that always gets to me, and there is no where people notice more than the gym. I'm gonna go eat, lift, take a jog. Thanks for the info everyone!
Even if you struggle to say lift 10-15 pounds as reps. As long as you are safe and using technique its all that matters. It has to challenge you not damage you. Thats why the people in the gym that lift heavy its still a challenge for them, at times they damage themselves trying to "take on a challenge". Just remember I told you that "guys that spend their entire life watching what they eat and inside the gym have no social life".

Ill come back and edit this post with a list for you soon.

      ok
      Protein:
      Clean Meats.
      Chicken Breast
      Pork Chops
      Tuna
      Almost any type of fish
      Eggs
      Egg Whites
      Beans
      Cottage Cheese
      Almonds

      Carbs:
      Whole Wheat or Brown Everything
      Pasta
      Rice
      Bread
      Wraps (my favorite)
      Oats (one of the best)

      Fats:
      Olive Oil
      Fish (Salmon, Sardines)
      Avocado
      Almonds
      Natural Peanut Butter
      Olives

You should eat a lot of veggies. Dark Green ones are the best, but do not ignore all the other ones. A lot of body builders stay away from fruits, but fruits have fructose, which does not spike insulin levels.

Dont be afraid of healthy fats. Saturated Fat is whats bad for you, but the rest are awesome. I love my homemade quacamole. My freezer is stocked with frozen smoked salmon. I have frozen talipa and chicken breasts (try to cut off the white part off of the meats). Dairy protein digests slower so eat cottage cheese before you go to bed. My nighttime shake is 3-4 strawberries, 1 slice of frozen peach and 1+ cup of strawberries.

You want an insulin spike (fast acting carbs) immediatly after a workout. Honestly, it dosent matter what you eat right after because your body will make the most use of it, but thats why you want to feed it the best. My pwo is 1 scoop of whey powder, 1 banana, 1 WHITE bagel with cream cheese on top and honey on bottom with smoked salmon in the middle.

if your looking for ghetto easy ways to work out from home without any gym eq. look for things around your house!

ie: if you have a water cooler, an unopened bottle weighs at least 40lbs, you could easily grab one and do body squats holding it close to your chest or at the side of your legs.

do some dips in a chair, stack on whatever is heavy onto your lap

grab something heavy, hold it in 1 hand at your side, feet shoulder width apart, and drop the side of your body with the weight, and using your ab area, lift yourself back up straight, do that 10 times on each side for a total of 30 on each side, will give you obliques.

do declined pushups, put your feet on your bed and hands on the floor and just give'r

if youve got one, do chin ups! i bought a chin up bar for a local store for 30$ screws right inbetween the doorway of my bedroom, works great!!! if you can do a wide grip chin up on a sturdy tree branch, even better, will give you great lats!

if your strong enough, do a handstand into a corner (just for support) and do push ups in a hand stand position, will do your shoulders and arms

if you have anything on an angle thats strong enought to support your weight and only comes up to your waist, use it as a roman chair, will be good for your back.

but yeah, even if you were to go to a gym...people dont laugh at you, your just being paranoid...in the event that they do laugh at you? who cares...fuck em...let them think what they want...but most people at gyms are pretty nice, i ask people to spot me all the time, its a great way to get to know the guys you see in the gym on a regular basis, and from that they show me new exercises and tell me about all the new supplements that are out that i dont care to read about on my own lol.
