      The F22A cranks are most likely no worse than the H22A cranks. Honda cranks are extremely strong.

      Jarrett, I believe MOST of the H23A parts can be found by mixing and matching various H and F parts. Without looking up the specs (and I'm not an expert), I believe the bore of the H23A is the same as the H22A.

      The only thing I'd be worried about is damage to the FRM cylinder walls. Everything else can be replaced, but if the walls are damaged, you'd need to resleeve... and that can get pricey.

        Exactly. If its locked up, expect internal damage.

          Well I sent him an e-mail saying that $750 was too much for me to spend given the likely circumstances. I also asked if either head was a PDE casting. He responded that neither were and said thanks. So I guess he's not open to dealing anyway. Oh well, I'll keep looking. Thanks guys.
