No they need to keep them for the case/evidence. He can't be guilty of stealing the wheels because there is NO proof, no witness, etc. He can only be charged with stolen goods....

So it sucks. I wont have wheels back for awhile, kid apparenty said he got 2 new tires for the wheels, which is a crock o crap. but we shall see what happens. i'll keep ya'll updated.

Update: So I got my wheels back offically, Some paint is missing around the lug nuts from the asshole taking the wheels off. Currently have Wheel locks, etched the wheels & bought another set of wheel locks from Japan that are super rare and it's like a COVER over the wheel lock that you cannot remove unless you use this RF Transmitter.

Anywho, got the wheels back, NOW I just need my sideskirt, my door and fender fixed! Will post pics after i hit up the car wash

Damn that was pretty quick to get them back so quickly. When my green accord was taken it was never recovered. I was in mexico at the time so I knew I would never see it again. Had full coverage insurance with proof of everything I did to the car. Geico was my insurance company at the time tried to take me to the cleaners saying they were not going to pay for the mods I did to the car. But none the less when I got the insurance I made sure to add every little nook and cranny. So I took them to the cleaners lol Glad to hear you got your wheels back.
