As with a lot of people on here, I'm going to agree that you're being very immature about everything. You are 20 years old dude, grow the fuck up. It's time to stop running from things and acting like you own the world. Your mother did this to teach you a lesson. If you're going to treat her like shit, she's going to stop providing you a place to live. It makes perfect sense to me. Come on now, you hit a car in a snow storm, run from that and chose not to keep going because your tire blew. Then a few weeks later you threaten to sue your mother over a wrecked car? The car was trashed. You do not leave a junked car sitting around if you're parting it. You pull the shit you want and then have it towed. it's very understandable that your mother didn't want a piece of shit laying in her front yard.

I feel bad that you do not have a place to stay, but you did it to yourself. it appears as though there's some people willing to help you out. You need to take advantage of these people's hospitality, and get your feet back on the ground and your head out of your ass. This isn't highschool anymore. Keep yourself in school, DO NOT DROP OUT. It's your only chance. There's plenty of scholoarships, grants and loans available to you that you have no excuse to putz around and bitch about a fucking totaled car.

wow, this is an old thread. Maple, i think or assume is doing better now, besides the fact that he has to pay a bunch of money to get his license back, and pay for other miscellaneous expenses. I think he also stated that hes getting another cb soon. So, hopefully this is a sign that he is turning his life around and getting a better look on things. 'hopefully'
