Man I can't believe that size of a house on the east coast is that much. I'm looking at 2 houses right now that are 4 bed, 3 full bath and approx 2300 square feet for less than what those 2 properties were listed at.

I don't actually live in kcmo, that's just the area. Whenever I say where I live people have no idea so I just say kcmo. The area I'm actually looking is a rather nice neighborhood and the majority of the houses are in the $300k range. I guess the coasts just have ridiculous living costs.
