Hell, you could even bore out a 5.3 like 0.013, again, higher compression rods/pistons, rod bolts and like a T76 turbo and there's no reason you couldnt be pulling 500+hp out of the thing.

The LS1/FD swaps bug me cuz everyone's done them or doing them. It's like the CB7/H22 swap. Sure, it's nice and it's a sure thing but...it's old news anymore.

I am with you on that one Deev. Sideways H22 (more powerful one at that) with K rod journals and a few other things...Then feed it on boost makes an LSx a pointless swap.

They wanna impress me they need to drop a Subaru engine and drivetrain in a S2k then I may be like wow!!!
