well my gf just told me she was pulled over for running a red light. the officer gave her the ticket back with his signature but didnt ask her to sign it. does that mean she can get this ticket dropped?

Maryland makes you sign your tickets
In maryland signing it just acknowledges that you got the ticket, it does not mean you admit fault.
Also tell her that she deserves every bit of that ticket. Texting and driving is something that really pisses me off. I hate being in a car when someone tries to do it. It makes it worse when they go " oh im good at it " thats like saying " oh im good at jay walking in the highway.Comment
