With pain.

I just go through the day not thinking about. Sometimes when I "cleanse" myself before a prayer, I'll splish splash cold water in my mouth and spit it out. So hard not to sallow (that what she said). Anyhow this is my 9th year, so I guess that helps.

Wow... yeah, and you're in Florida as well... so this time of year is not an easy time to be without water!

That really is dedication to your beliefs, that's for sure! I can't even make myself go to church once a week for an hour! (well, i don't exactly hold my Catholic upbringing to any level of importance anymore, but when I was "practicing", I still didn't hold to it very well.)
I admire people with such strong faith in their religion. That's something I've never really had in my life.

It's the time of the year, Ramadhan

fasting from dawn till dusk, for 29~30 days.

And it's also the time of the year when we get to have awesome foods!

So yes, stay tuned for food piks!

Well of course there are exceptions, like if your sick, prego, pms, etc. But you must make them up in the following month (Shawwal).

I guess it depends per person. My metabolism is extremely to begin with, so I can eat like a fat man and only weigh 130 lb. It's funny though, During this month when we shop at a supermarket to prepare food, we always clean sweep the entire store promising ourself that we will eat all of it cause we're so hungry. Then come time to eat and chow down, a platefull of food will fill us up.

Yay! Im excited too! Its gonna be a tough year, but its no biggie.

Ramadan comes every year 14 or so days closer than the last. So next year will be even more brutal. I've been kinda preparing myself.

Sleep till 2pm, work at 3pm and won't eat until 8pm. This has been my pattern all summer.

Yeah, Im just waiting till it goes back to the winter months.

Just finished my pre-dawn meal. Time to bathe and get ready for prayer before heading out to work.

2nd day of fasting. Yesterday wasnt that tough. Was quite hot though.

The weekend will be tough though, got three cars to swap H22's in.

Gonna do it under a nice shady tree.
