I roomed with a guy who starved his cat to death in our apartment because he forgot to feed her and decided to go to Florida while I was on a 2 week vacation.

Long story short, he wants to cancel the lease and so we do, but lose the deposit due to dead animal cleaning and he didn't pay the last months rent that I gave him cash for. We're in the hole 2,150 dollars.

He moves to Florida and I have to pay everything. I don't even get a "thanks for being my bitch" in return.
