Why do German have suck crap electrical systems

I work on Volvo's, but our dealership sells VW as well. They're much touchier...seems like every month or so I see this one couple with a mark4 tdi golf, they come in for the same thing: christmas tree dash lights!

The german's can build a car to handle well. But boy have they over-engineered some of the stupidest shit.

yea like in order to replace a radiator on my corrado, i have to pull the front end off.

here's a list of poor designs just for my corrado:
sunroof
wing setup
automatic seatbelts
relays
g-lader supercharger
door handles
shifter
inverted 12 point bolts for the axles
fuel lines and clamps (TSB on clamps, lol)
