Do Not Buy From These People!!!

im usually not angered by a company but i finally had enough with it. please try not to buy anything from Pro Car Parts .com. almost a month ago i ordered there red/clear sedan tails for my 93 coupe plannign for my trunk swap. almost 5 dyas later i get them, and come to find out that they are OEM Si tails. i was like WTF. so after i get off the phone with them, w/o any sort of apology, i find out i have to send images of the incorrect product so they can see thier f**kup. then after they reviewed the pics they would e-mail me a return shipping label. again w/o an apology i get the label and come to find out its a UPS ground label, im in FL and they are in Cali, you would think to try and make their customers happy they would put some sort of a rush on it, so 5 days pass again. this past week i call them to make sure they got them, they did of course and w/o another apology they say they are gonna ship out my correct item, and they tell me to call back to get the tracking #. so the weekend passes and i call them today, and come to find out that my itme wasnt shipped cuz its out of f**king stock. and wont be back in stock till the end of april . . .AGAIN w/o an apology. so i request a refund and the girl tells me its gonna take 5-7 business days to get my $$$ back cuz it has to go through her boss and then their accounting dept. i mean c'mon -gimme a friggin break . . .PLEASE

so please fellow CB7 tuners do not give them the chance to screw you over.

so now my trunk swap gets to be put off another couple of weeks, cuz i have spring break next week . . .ugh soon - thats why they call it under construction in the customizing scene

I ordered some reverse indiglos from them before. Seemed fine to me.

Just cause one person has a bad experience doesnt mean everyone will. Ive ordered from them and they seamed fine? some times people fuck up, sorry to hear no apologys.

i have no beef either rebels, i was just greatly disappointed with the way they handled everything, like not being very courtious, and im not tryin to sound like a priss but no apologies is really a rude way to run your business

i had the same problem with them...i ordered nice clear corners (same as stock, just white)...they sent me cheasy ebay style corners, forced me to take pics, just to send me another pait of ebay clears...

after goin thru the "picture-return label" process a few time, i just quit (it was only $8) and put the *** lookin ebay clears on my cb7.

I got strut bars from them... They were total crap, but I got what I paid for, and in a timely fashion. They don't sell quality parts, but they weren't bad. I mean, what could i expect for an $18 strut bar! (eagerly awaiting Fushgi to make a 4 point DOHC compatible bar... )

I got my red/clears a few years ago from them. Correct item, fast shipping, good customer service. Unless they've changed dramatically since 2003, I'd order from them again.
