im usually not angered by a company but i finally had enough with it. please try not to buy anything from Pro Car Parts .com. almost a month ago i ordered there red/clear sedan tails for my 93 coupe plannign for my trunk swap. almost 5 dyas later i get them, and come to find out that they are OEM Si tails. i was like WTF. so after i get off the phone with them, w/o any sort of apology, i find out i have to send images of the incorrect product so they can see thier f**kup. then after they reviewed the pics they would e-mail me a return shipping label. again w/o an apology i get the label and come to find out its a UPS ground label, im in FL and they are in Cali, you would think to try and make their customers happy they would put some sort of a rush on it, so 5 days pass again. this past week i call them to make sure they got them, they did of course and w/o another apology they say they are gonna ship out my correct item, and they tell me to call back to get the tracking #. so the weekend passes and i call them today, and come to find out that my itme wasnt shipped cuz its out of f**king stock. and wont be back in stock till the end of april . . .AGAIN w/o an apology. so i request a refund and the girl tells me its gonna take 5-7 business days to get my $$$ back cuz it has to go through her boss and then their accounting dept. i mean c'mon -gimme a friggin break . . .PLEASE
so please fellow CB7 tuners do not give them the chance to screw you over.
