im not saying that it did harm. just that calling the company that sells the product makes more sense than asking a wquestion in a section populated largely by people that dont even have cb7s anymore

Just looks like head, exhaust manifold, valve cover, spark plug...

I would just go oem with something like a head gasket... OEM is surprisingly inexpensive for this stuff.
