I totally get this! My favorite outfit used to be a black button-up shirt, pink tie, jean shorts and a backwards hat. Everyone thought I was weird. I thought it was awesome.


My nickname was Woody. My friends from high school still call me that. It's a 3rd generation nickname. My grandpa's friends called him Woody, my mom's co-workers called her Woody and my friends call me Woody. My last name is Wood, so that's probably where they got it, lol.

My first job out of high school was at a burger joint and the manager lady called me Lil' Mikey and then the prep cook started calling me Mikey Frisco. The Frisco name still floats around me. So does "Mikey". Didnt really have any more nicknames until my current job. The shop foreman calls me Zippy, lol. His name is Jerry and I call him Jerry-atric or Jer-Bear, so...he gets it from me, too.

"Pebbles" my freshman year in HS.

I played on the football team and being around 5'1 at the time, my friends said I looked like a small pebble rock out in the field with all my pads and such.

In High school my nickname was Tellum.
Spelt backwards its Mullet, and I happened to have a fringe back then - Backwards Mullet = Tellum.

Times changed, as did my hair and I got then got the nickname Colby for no particular reason (Other than the fact my name is Colin), and it has stuck ever since.

in middle school i was on the fat side, i was about 5'2 ish and about 200 pounds. Being fat, and having a name like phil, people didnt have to be creative i was usually referred to as Fat Phil. My fattness carried over to freshmen year where i was still fat phil. over that summer i Shot up to about 5'8'' and slimmed down to about 160. i came back to school the next year and people were amazed but the nickname stuck allll the way through highschool. by the time i was a senior 90 percent of the people who called me that had either forgotten or had never knew that i was ACTUALLY fat at onepoint. i am now 2 years out of highschool 6'1'' and 180lbs, and still get the name here and there.

I was once dubbed $400 phil because i had purchased the first 4 cars i owned for less than $400(some of which were barely worth that)
