I tried something like that and i kept getting interference somewhere. So i just returned everything and scrapped the idea.

Does your monitor/tv have a DVI slot? I got this little adapter from my graphics card where it connects a VGA to DVI. I don't use the thing because i can use my PS3 to stream movies and porn from my computer to my 32".

What kind of tv do you have? Most tv's in the last 3 years have a vga port in the back. Just remember you need a aux cable cause vga is video only.

Does your laptop have an HDMI output?

oh yeah man.. porn is totally different when watched on something bigger than a 19" LCD monitor. On a 32", boobies are almost twice as large.

That is no different then a dvi-vga adapter which i am using right now

It just cuts out the middle man of a VGA to DVI and then a DVI to HDMI

You won't be able to get a resolution higher then 1920x1200 but that isn't a big deal because chances are you don't have anything higher then that.

I've tried setting my laptop up to my TV too but it kept telling me that my TV was out of range and so i didn't know how to correct that.
