so there is this customer on ebay that purchased an integra clock off me. first off ive sold over 10 id say on the forum... no problems. then i sell 3 on ebay 2 of which have complaints. the first guy says that his had a chip (usps probably dropped it no biggie.) i ask him to ship back the item so im not just handing him back his money and for him to pay the return shipping then i will refund him the money. he complains but i give him what he wants so thats that. the next guy says his clock just doesnt work. english isnt his first language so hes already hard to deal with. my return policy was once again 1 week return... he messages me a MONTH later. he makes comments such as "it juz dosnt work" and "i cheked my connecktions" you get the point. ive never had one just not work and honestly i dont believe him because i think he saw the negative comment about the clock on my ebay reviews and is just trying to get his money back. so i offered to send him a new one if he pays return shipping, but should i even do that? i mean he messaged me over a month later when my return policy clearly stated one week and does he even have a case against me? or will it just lead to a negative comment? any input would be awesome.
