What difference does it make if power steering is belt-driven or electric?

Electric is the interface. If you go drive a new accord or BMW you'll feel what I'm talking about. The new cars feel like butter, you can't "feel" the road like you can in our cars.

are you sure its not just because of the new suspension? I had a new Accord. The power steering was belt driven

Rattles? You need some Second Skin sound deadening! I don't have rattles at all!

Hated: Lacking safety features I would like (airbags), slow (stock F22 auto ).
Love: Paid for/cheap ass insurance, easy to fix.

And no I'm not going to be doing any modding on the CB for a while.

hate:everything is worn out.. ie. bushings, motor mounts, hoses ect... there fore shit rattles. like the windows when they are down.. lacks safety features but i can manage.

Love-cheap to have, easy to work with, and if it gets totaled it's not a huge deal.

Yep. I had an 08, and I currently have an 07 CRV. The steering feels like butter. I don't like the butter feeling.
