There's no advertising anymore.. They were just sites to help you get an idea of what I was offering but alright.

But I guess you could say I'm advertising my free service to you?.. Is that really a problem?

I don't understand why I'd need permission for a free service that usually is quite expensive.. There isn't any benefit for me besides practice. It's a great benefit for the other person if they like what I make them.

And this isn't restricted to just signatures and wallpapers..I could do manipulations like rims, lowering, tint, etc..

The more you make custom signature , the more kitties die. I don't like kitties dying and it makes me want to punch babies.
That's the reason you need permission from the mods.
