So she texted me this morning at like 4:30 AM because she just woke up for work, and she decided to text me! of all people, and at the end....

she sent me a ;-) winky face oh yeah

so whadda ya think? does that mean she wants to seal the deal?

Dont jump to conclusions there, "Turbo". Slow your roll, son. Saying, "You can come over and bug me whenever ;-)" doesnt translate to "You can come over and put your penis inside me."

It just means she's cool with you. Give it some more time. If she's really into you, she'll lay it on thick enough that you'll be able to tell what she means. That's the thing with stuff like winks. Sometimes they mean "trust me", sometimes they mean "you know whats up" and sometimes they're just a way of being cute. In this instance, my money's on her being cute.

The fact that she said "bug me" leads to me to believe she was just being cute and flirty. Maybe had she said "You can come over anytime you want" or something like that, sans the cutesy term, I might believe that she wants his "winky" in her face, but I somehow doubt that is the case.
