I would've reported that police officer. He can't do that. That's an abuse of his authority.

He can't give the Civic driver a ticket either. The only thing they did was be annoying. No law against that.

I am as upset when people like the Civic driver do that, but I am more upset when I see a police officer abuse his power. It happens too many times.

the other night when it was raining and i was driving the vw with slicks on, i was going 60mph on the freeways. Granted i was in the slow lane so everyone and anyone could pass me.

In VA there is no longer that passing lane regulation... so that would have been abuse of authority here...

maryland does not post a minimum speed limit but has a rule of like 15-20mph below the speed limit is too slow

And if im in the fast lane doing 15-20 over the speed limit and someone comes up behind me, i will not move over. Fuck you then i have to slow down because other people are going slower. Nope not happening you can enjoy the ride which is already well over the speed limit.
