    When a roadway has been divided into clearly marked lanes for traffic, drivers of vehicles shall obey the following regulations:

    a. A vehicle shall normally be driven in the lane nearest the right-hand edge or curb of the roadway when that lane is available for travel, except when overtaking another vehicle or in preparation for a left turn.

    New Jersey Vehicle Code - 39:4-97.1. Slow Speeds as Blocking Traffic

    No person shall drive a motor vehicle at such a slow speed as to impede or block the normal and reasonable movement of traffic except when reduced speed is necessary for safe operation or in compliance with law.

      the other night when it was raining and i was driving the vw with slicks on, i was going 60mph on the freeways. Granted i was in the slow lane so everyone and anyone could pass me.

        I would have done the same thing...

        In VA there is no longer that passing lane regulation... so that would have been abuse of authority here...

        then again I'm only 80% sure I'm correct.

          maryland does not post a minimum speed limit but has a rule of like 15-20mph below the speed limit is too slow

          And if im in the fast lane doing 15-20 over the speed limit and someone comes up behind me, i will not move over. Fuck you then i have to slow down because other people are going slower. Nope not happening you can enjoy the ride which is already well over the speed limit.
