I try to mount the incar cam but the mount wasnt strong enough and I didn't want to lose the cam. I'll make a better mount for the next derby comin up soon.

UPDATE

Well its that time again. Got the car ready for round 2. The derby is tomorrow July 4th in Princeton Indiana at 7:30pm. Im hoping this will be its last derby cus I need the trans for my DD. lol
Here are some pics of it gettin ready.

This was the easiest way for me to weld the bottom of the bumper.

Got the core pulled out and fix the rad.

Welded up the huge gash in the door.

Welded up the roof.

Beat the hood out and welded some washers on for the #9 wire.


Fresh paint cus its got to look good for its last run.

MAJOR UPDATE

Well here she is. She put up one hell of a fight and still runs and moves. I had all 4 flat tires and thats what put me out, got stuck. I was the hardest hitter out there and put on one hell of a show. I got 5th out of I think 12 cars that were more built then me and I had the only foreign car and still did damn good. I am proud to have a CB7 as my DD and know Im safe in it.

Here are the 2 trophy's I got. 5th place 2ft-6in tall trophy and $100 but best of all I got the MAD DOG 6ft tall trophy for the hardest and most hits. Hell yea.



All thats left to do is pull the engine and trans with all the wiring and then shes scrap bound. She was a fighter and her heart will live on in my DD when the time comes. Im proud of her and hope you all are too.
