my friend bought some nonbrand 6 spoke rims. 3 of the tires are gone to shit, not drivable. the other is a toyo tire good condition. he said he would sell it all to me for 200, then i have to buy 3 new tires. so how much would 3 toyo 215 40 ZR17 87W tires cost?

the rims say TSW in the middle...? 17inches...


edit2: these are the rims he wants to sell me, except his are dirtier, with some scratches(should be able to be buffed out)
