CB7 for $200 take it or leave it

I have a friend of a friend offering me a 91 lx auto lowered, intake, stock motor, primered outside , moroon interior , recently rear ended with a smashed trunk apparently no issues with rear suspension. ...huh i forgot to ask about rust

So what im asking is it worth 200 and if so do you think i can make money from it i.e. pulling some parts then junking it again all if its worth keeping it or not ....also my trans is slowly going out anyway.....

So i have no pics yet you'll see it when/if i get it i have until monday to decide so leave your comments let me know what you think

200$ cars are getting rare and if the engine runs good you can rebuild it and turn a profit
just with that, some what, what i did, i had a budget of 1000 dollar swaped in a rebuilt engine i got for 100, then bought some new axels and a clutch and it like new

so as long the engine is okay go for it and if the paint good that a plus
down side maroon interior suck i know cause i got it but it would be a nice project car
