i like my ipod touch. it's compact and fits in my pocket.

I can put a 32g card in my phone and only have to carry 1 thing in my pocket..... I like the ideas of the apple products, but there are comperable products out now that are not held hostage like Apple does wth theirs.

I only went with the touch because everywhere i go seems to offer wifi. Even the side street that i sit on waiting for my brother and sister to come out to from school has "free" wifi. When i mean free, i mean someone there doesn't know they are broadcasting freely their internet.

Besides an old 5th gen ipod. I will never own any apple products. I've even hacked the ipod to get rid of the apple in it.

there is no use for a ipad or a ipad2 IMO. But Apple is the shit.

Apple laptops, iphone, etc are sturdy, stiff, and made well. The keys don't rattle, the plastic doesn't warp and bend. Plastic pieces don't break off them as much as non-apple products I find. Plus they never seem to skimp on the power and performance. Put this all together and this is why their products are expensive. The new macbook pros are pretty sweet.
But I do hate apple software. I hate itunes, and quicktime. I hate the functionality of their OS.
