Tire sizes... Would I notice this difference?

My latest purchase needs tires...

It currently has 265/75/16 BFG on it.

I can get a good deal on some Hankook 245/75/16 from discount tire direct...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the difference will be 20 millimeters in width, correct?

If not please explain the difference in these sizes and would it be noticeably smaller?

It's called a tire size calculator. There's 10000s out there, but I use 1010Tires.com most often.
