Cell phone upgrade...which one?

Ok, so I had a BB9700 and I broke that so I've been using a Nokia E63 until I could get an upgrade and get a new phone.

My question is does anyone know when AT&T is going to launch their 4G phones and when the 4g is going to go livew for them? Should I get a 1 year extension and then get 4g when it comes out? And what, in your opinion, it the best aTT phone out now?

What would you do?

The best AT&T phone is going to be either an iphone 4 or some android phone

I have an iphone 4 and am very happy with it, otheres here swear by android.

Im using a samsung moment right now as a modem to get internet on my laptop since my new house lacks internet

i can tether my e63 which is cool nas i was suprised by the speed. I'm looking to get an andriod I think, I just have no idea about them at all. No body I know has one. My wife has a 3gs, I will never use an iphone. It's bullshit they set it up so you can't sync on other computers.

I like my Android phone, pretty much anything with the 1GHz or faster processors are awesome. The older ones (600MHz) are slick too, but a bit on the laggy side at times.

I wouldn't put to much value in "4G" on AT&T's network, buy the phone you like. http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/hin...-thin-air/7361. They just renamed their 3G network 4G because of a classification allowance -- they are NOT running a higher speed network than they were before, though they will at some point in the future (1-3 years) (unlike T-Mobile).

Ya Android is definitely the way to go if you like to customize your phone and have a lot of user features.

Ive been a loyal Android user since the first Mytouch 3G and i won't go anywhere else.

Im about to switch from Tmo to Verizon since the wife want's an iPhone4....

Just do some reading and get whatever phone appeals to you the most.

I got an HTC evo and its an iPhone killer anything Android is good g2 epic evo shift droidx droid2 just to name a few its a lot more free than other phones specially if your a media guy I'm typing this on my evo

I love android phones theres so many things to do with it. So many applications so many ways to go into multimedia content and such its the best of both wolrds imo. I love my huawei cricket,they also have another one called a huawei ascend its the same thing I suppose.
