Just bought a car, got bill of sale, and owner had up to date registration so i know it was titled. However the title was in his home town, as he was going to college here. His mom was suppose to mail it to me but havent recieved any word from them.

Also can i get some leagal info as what are my possibilities to get a new title. I have his home address, license number. He isnt answering his phone what so ever.
