    I did. In my last CB. Oil pump failed was too lazy to put new one in, Plus it pissed oil so I just left it be. Ran for a year and a half till a crack in the exhaust manifold burned the valves, mind you it ran that long with me abusing it and taking long ass roadtrips with ZERO oil in it.

      Yea Honda motors can take a lot more abuse then people give them credit for...I never understood why but I always chalked it up to ignorance and lack of knowledge/experience.

        Was about 25 miles for me... Shouldn't have ignored the grinding noise I heard.
