    tax time

    What software do you guys use? I normally use Taxact, but was thinking about using something else this year.

    I use my gma, who uses TurboTax.

      I have a tax guy do mine every year. Can't risk messing up. Uncle Sam will eat me up.

        TurboTax for the last five years, this will be the sixth year. Not one error/mistake/audit... then again when I was doing it by hand and snail mail there wasn't any problems either.

        I use to do my parents, brothers, and grandfathers but now I just do my parents, YAY!

          My dad used to do mine.

          Then when I got hired on at my job I started to use an accountant.

          I moved from a province that took 10% less taxes than the one Im currently in now before the end of 2008....so all my taxes for that year were at a rate less than what the government thought I should have paid as it doesnt matter where you made your money....it matters where you end the year for tax purposes.....and she still got me 2300

          Plus its nice that when there is an issue.....I take it to my accountant....and say bitch you done fucked up....and she fixes it.
