there is a house for sale or rent in front of my place. i can not stand random car's coming and stopping . this makes me uneasy.through traffic sucks ass , and even worst when they get out and walk around .then i see them looking at my shit .i don't trust anyone. one more, they drive by looking at my stuff like they want to say something. i had this one dude stop by asking if i wanted to sell my car's i said do you see a for sale sign ? what do you do ? i guess deal with it until some other dumb ass moves in. i also can not stand stupid neighbors ! that's another story.

Dude I know what you mean. I stay with my buddy 95% of the time and there is like 3 houses for sale in neighborer hood. All kind of people come buy looking at the houses and makes you uncomfortable because you dont know if they are just looking at my stuff his stuff or the house for sale. Then the ever so famous question do you wanna sell your cars happens like once a week. He has a track 240 for drifting that never leaves the garage and sometimes the door will be open because were working on some stuff. And when people see it after looking at the houses they come ask is it for sale and stuff. I my self was wondering if there is anything we can do but until then i will guard my property.

I hear ya on the stupid neighbours. My next door neighbour has a 92 Accord which his wife lightly rear ended someone a few months ago, and I offered to repair it for him. I ended up fixing it, and he paid me $500 cash to do it. Now every little thing goes wrong with the car he comes over and is like "hey,my Honda has something wrong with it, can you take a look at it?"

I'm not a licenced mechanic lol. Actually, the other day I had to help him find the block heater plug because when I took the bumper/grille/lights/hood off his car to repair it, I wrapped the cord up somewhere in the fender well by the battery. lol

I live on a fairly quiet crescent, so we don't get a lot of traffic other than the local street traffic. But we have some loud, annoying and stupid neighbours on our street. Especially the kids. Some days I want my car to be the bowling ball, and the kids be the pins.

I hear ya on the stupid neighbours.

I live on a fairly quiet crescent, so we don't get a lot of traffic other than the local street traffic. But we have some loud, annoying and stupid neighbours on our street. Especially the kids. Some days I want my car to be the bowling ball, and the kids be the pins.

x2 bro . i got this one kid who has a loud crappy motor bike ( it f##k##g pieced together ) and he rev's that thing up ever time he leaves out or come's in . we live on a bluff side road and everyone hears his crap.my wife works the night shift and he does that in the mid day and i want to choke his ass out. what makes it worst he lives with his 70+ year old grandma.how disrespectful can punk kids be.

They may just be checking out their possible neighbors when looking at you and your stuff.

I know when we're looking at houses, we look at the neighbors. It may be wrong, but I'm a big "judge the book by the cover" type person. I don't want to spend a HUGE sum of money for a nice house, just to live in an everyday hell living next to a terrible neighbor.

If they have a bunch of nasty shit laying around, I don't want to live next to them. One big gust of wind and their shit is in my yard.

If they have a bunch of people over on a random day, I don't want to live next to a possible loud mouth party animal.

you make a good assessment josh. however, when you already live somewhere, and new neighbours move in and they end up being messy/noisy etc, not much you can do about it.

Where I lived back home, we moved inbetween 2 elderly couples. They were the nicest old people. Eventually, the one couple decided to move and moved to a retirement home, and a middle aged couple moved in, with no kids. They were very nice, quiet, kept to themselves, and eventually had 2 kids, who ended up to be nice, quiet, respectable girls. The family moved out a year before I moved and then some young mid20s couple moved in. Never saw much of them as one worked as a contractor and his wife was a nurse.

On the other side, both husband and wife passed away at seperate times. The old lady was left widowed for a couple years until she passed away. Then her grandson moved into the house.

He renovated the house and did a really nice job on it, but ended up splitting up with his girlfriend. A little later he met another girl, married her, currently has 3 really annoying shit disturber kids and their front yard looks like out of "Blue Collar TV" complete with broken down lawn equipment, a rusty old Dodge Ram, a school bus and kids toys scattered about. Not to mention their halloween and christmas decorations overlap each other 365 days a year.

This is all in a span from 1990-2009, and in a village small enough that if you fart loud enough at night, everyone will be talking about it the next day.

Man i would be pissed if that happen. At my buddy house most work is done in the garage but if we do something outside we clean up right afterwards and driveway is washed trash and everything is picked to make the house look presentable. The dodge truck i would be pissed we keep our parts cars at my house way out in the middle of no where country at my house.
