they are if you dont have a bar tag. my car is a 93 and it has a 98 motor. so my car will NEVER be legal since im not going to convert to obd2. the car passes smog cleanly. i just need a guy thatll take that as enough and not worry about whats under the hood.

thats how it should be. if my car runs clean, it shouldnt matter if i have a f22a1 or a j32. clean is clean.

lol that's why I don't live in cali, neither my suby of CB are legal there haha, and come next summer the cb will be even more illegal emissions wise haha....btw thats the only reason i like wyoming haha no emissions or safety , all you do i every year go to court house and renew, takes like 5 mins haha
