I can vouch for Response's quick, friendly service after ordering an SiR badge from them. They put a hand-written sticky note on the badge's wrapping to say thanks!... with a smiley face! Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside

I first tried to order it from IL4, who tried calling me the next day while I was at work to say it wasn't in stock. I wasn't able to answer, so they left a voice mail. When I got home late that night, I went straight to e-mailing them about the order, to switch to a different badge, which they ignored. HMO did the same, I emailed them over a month ago with a couple simple questions. Honestly, why put your email address on your site if you're not going to bother checking it?
