    Rant Dodge 3.7 engine

    2002-?2009? are the same block
    2002-2003 vs 2004 + use a different crank+sensor ='s different ecu, wiring, can bus

2004+ engines I can find all day for $900 with 30k miles
2002-2003 engines cost $2000 + with a lot of miles

More miles + older ='s double the price

    Scammed by supply and demand

^ Same here. I love the '70ish Challengers and Roadrunners, but with the exception of the Viper, Chrysler has done absolutely nothing that appeals to me in quite some time.

SO I assume you can't swap your sensors to the newer engine then?

PO drove it without oil... It seized, wheels locked up then turned again .. I can turn the crank now with no compression.. I pulled the waterpump and parts of the rod in it.... Not fixable right?

depends on the condition of the block but it may be easier to just swap bottom ends.
