              Very nice looking!
              I just realized that you guys still have the ambers up top in the tail lights in 92. 92 was the year they moved them to the bottom for us.

                Well they do model years different everyelse in the world, That would be a 1991 model here.

                      Yeah I believe we had 3 years of prefacelift, and 2 years of postface lift.

                      1989-1993 think halfway through 1992 we got facelift. tho only like 3 months of 1989

                      As pointblank says its a anit theft device, cant take handbrake off or get it outer gear/park

                        I think in the UK it depends on when it was registered.
                        I go by the manufacturing date. I bet you that car was made in either late 91 or early 92.

                          it locks the e-brake up and the parking brake forward, kinda like a steering wheel club
