I had my CB for just over 5 years. Found this site after owning it for one year and ever since then I always wanted map lights. Either couldnt find them, couldnt afford them or didnt wanna have to tear apart my sunroof and i suck at wiring. I digress.

Ive had my CG for about 4 months now. Ive got map lights, homelink and a little flip down holder for my shades. I set up the homelink. Used that shit like twice and I occassionally get my shades out. Now comes the kicker:

I always wanted map lights and now that I have them, Ive used them, maybe, 3 times.

its awkward and you might pull a muscle turning it on lol...maplights...boom right there near the visors

The dome light is good for lighting up the entire interior of the car but if you're driving or done have time to reach back and turn it on, the maplights are useful. Plus they light up the console/footwells better. Especially since theyre LEDs.

I just remember the big stink i made about wanting them or everyone else wanting them and, well, now i have them and i dont use them that often, lol.

Mine were pretty bright but LEDs made them HELLABRITE.
