Making an offer on a house tomorrow!

Yesh! We finally found our house (hopefully, anyway!)

We ended up compromising on the land, but we are getting way more square footage in the house, still no HOA, and a nice corner lot. 2,648 square feet, if I recall correctly. 4 bed, 2.5 bath, 0.24 acres.

I'm freakin' stoked! Cross your fingers that everything works out for us!

This one is in Bohls Crossing, just east of 685 on Pecan St. (1825) in Pflugerville. We love the house! Thanks for the good wishes!

Thanks! The brick is real, and the rest of the siding is vinyl siding, which is awesome. A lot of homes down here have wooden siding, and it's a pain to maintain (have to paint it frequently).

What's your offer, if you don't mind me asking? I'm always curious to know what property values are like elsewhere in the country. They're insane in NJ. I live in South Jersey (where the sane people live), and the values are up there... up north where I work, they're nearly double what they are down here in some areas... often for even less desireable properties!

Deev, the asking price was $169,900, and we offered $150,000 and asked for closing costs as well. We should know whether they accept or counter-offer by Friday. I'm getting anxious!
