need help cant find thread - drums to rotors

So the search doesn't work and I cant find the thread about swapping rear drums to rotors. I found a car with rotors in the junk yard and want to do the swap, but I need to know which parts I need to get from the donor car.

Its pretty easy, just disassembling and reassembling your rear trailing arms

I did it on a 1992 DX and swapped rear subframes and added a rear sway bar, it took about a day.
