    made some progress today so stoked !!!!


    i got my daughter back well kinda after almost 2months of fighting with the ex wife and not seeing my daughter the magistrate granted me one visit (4hrs) and one over night (pick her up at a set time and drop her off the same time the next day ) every week till next year

    not what i wanted (wanted more ) but hey im appreciative for what i got

    so cant wait to see my little girl

    Sucks when things turn out complicated where kids are involved.
    But its great to see you get to have her for some of the time, In the future you may be able to fight for more time.

      My older brother has a similar set up with his first daughter which he is also trying to get custody of. It kinda sucks that a child is stuck like that.
