to trade or not to trade

after selling my cb7 i bought a 90 integra with the intentions of keeping it as my daily driver/utility car. really liked the car and picked it up for a nice price too. however on thursday i got a smoking deal on H22a1 swap and now the teg is for sale while i hunt down a cd5.

so far i havent really had much ppl interested in the teg and i really want to get this swap done before it gets cold outside. anyways i found a cd5 with a blown trans that the guy wants to trade. the car has "mods" which im very partial wen it comes to buying modded cars. but on the other hand it seems to b the perfect candidate for the swap. idk should trade......

Its up to you bro,But I would,That tranny you can find anywhere and fender...The car looks clean too...Not Sayn your isnt but look at the miles...Is yours a stock motor?I would do it bro and get that tranny in before winter.....I know I could go get a tranny for 54 bucks right now

the tranny isnt a problem. i have a full h22a1 swap for it
just seeing what are poeples feedback on buying moddified cars, esp. ones that r broken

Get the 5th gen and get on HondaSociety..you'll learn allot from them plus you have an h22a for it and its real easy to swap that motor right in just switch two pins over and add a knock sensor wire and bam you got yourself a ride in a days time.

yea mounts r needed especially the driver side mount, it has to b custom

All it has is an intake and exhaust. Thats not really a big mod to me. If your changing out the motor for a h22 anyways then why would the mods stop you?

Just one mount. Prelude driver side just has to be slight grinded to fit.

Granted mine was as good as these ones but it was a fun car to drive. And yes I will own another 5th gen along with my 4th gen coupe.

I love both generations.

def going with a cd5 just not the one in the first post. the interior is completely beat to hell

the ONLY reason im looking into getting another accord is because i have the h22 swap. otherwise id def. keep the teg

Why just a cd why not another Cb ..........Is it just the trade that has you going?????????............I have a 92Da with a fresh B18c and auto to manual swap THAT i can't wait do get rid of.........I just hate looking at it in my garage
