    I just moved to Georgia

howdy fellers. i just moved to Georgia. drove the cb down from jersey.

I'm in Mcdonough.... so what's the deal?

are there any good junkyards, pick and pulls, shops to go to/ avoid, high theft areas to avoid, etc etc

    #2
3 pull-a-parts aka pap. pick a part in Fairburn, and tons of other junkyards. you live on the souhside and there are a few areas a lil north of you that you should watch out for. college park, forest park, ellenwood, riverdale, some parts of fayetteville. but on the real, the theives down here like civics and tegs. they dont really mess with accords.

    Welcome to the A

Their are a lot of local meets. Join importatlanta.com so you can check out what goes on locally. the big meet every month is the Varsity, 1st thursday of every month.

That would be correct. I spoke with someone who works there, and he sent a little advice.
Be persistent! The hiring is not done by the individual stores. All the apps are sent to a central office, so calling the store to check on your app status will do you no good. He did however say that you should apply often and to as many different locations as you may be interested in.
                  Hope this helps.

Not sure. But now that you mentioned it, they do usually seem awfully smooth faced.

If you live in McDonough, I know a place that needs help. It's called Cardinal Health. It's right off exit 216 on 75. The website is Cardinal.com. I work for the people that haul their freight. Check it out yo! Welcome to Georgia.

Mcdonugh isn't too far from where I work. Yeah, there are quite a few areas on the southside to be leery of, but like said accords are usually ok. I work in a bad area but our facility is gated and surrounded by 20 foot natural hedge walls...(govt controlled chemical waste facility lol, at least my car is safe from thugs lol)

The pap south is pretty decent.
