A brake booster setup is cheaper and makes pedal modulation easier. Running a setup with dual masters is what race cars do, and you want a smaller master cylinder diameter, not larger. P=F/A, so with the same applied pedal force, a smaller master will create more line pressure, thus more effective brake torque. I plan on having my masters and reservoirs tucked, but my brakes will be easily better than the stock system.

Doing it the chasebays way like steelbluesleepr said is stupid. You have no way to partition off to the rear brakes. If there is a leak, the car doesn't stop. Also, that rocker-arm setup is cool, but what's the point? You're making spring changes and damper adjustments easier by relocating them, but you're also raising CG by doing that.
