Well that explains it.....Prince George is way up in the BC north.....had you sent it to pretty much anywhere else in Canada it woulda been able to be sent via ground.

The guy shoulda let you know hes in a hard to access spot.....But you shoulda looked at a map and come to the same conclusion.

When I shipped to Canada recently, it was $7 for regular mail, and like $23 for a tracking number bc it is international. Ive never send something and it not get there, or vice versa.

Also, depending on what you put on the custums slip (what it is, how much its worth), it very well could be at a customs office. Maybe he isnt familiar with the internet, and the only way of "getting you back" is through the rep system and did not know about filing with paypal. You did say he only had 1 post.

I didn't look at the map because I figured BC is BC, that's my bad. But I have never sent anything and someone not get it. And I get shit from Japan, Korea and Hong Kong on a regular basis. Fuck, even Moldova and Greece on several occasions. Everything arrives to me within 2 weeks, sometimes sooner.

I think he figures "oh there's no tracking number, I'll stir shit up"...fucking asshat. Only thing I could do was PM a mod and see if they can remove the neg somehow.
