Thanks man , and my girl and my sister in law saw the car in the driveway with what looked to be my parts on his car so she called me and i drove by to catch a quick glimpse and thats when i saw my toolbag

The cops were not able to find all of my tools , and a few things that were on the car werent found either (carpet , exhaust pipe , few other things)
I have yet to check out the whole car , Im waiting for the insurance company to contact me back and tell me if i can pull the parts off of his car and weather or not there is anything i can pull off of whats left of my own car. But all in all i cant complain , im lucky enough to have got something back and catch the kid who did it , most cant say that

Get a daily driver and save for another Cb and rebuild with the parts that i retrieve and the parts that i had in my garage - this time it will be a complete project car

well, congratulations on finding the thief! Most people don't have the luck to just stumble upon the parts, a few houses down nonetheless.
I'm guessing you're getting your parts back then? Or is your Accord still in possession of the police?

Car is still in possesion of the police until my insurance calls and gives an ok to strip my parts off , or they compensate me for the parts that are on his car. Not sure as to what is going to happen

Yea i thought about it man , beleive me i did , but then my sense of logic changed and if it hadnt it would have made things alot more dificult for myself and the cops and i wouldnt have got the stuff back that i did , which was in the garage and the house

This thread makes me happy. You get to get your parts back and hopefully won't be leaving us! I read through your other thread and could feel the heartbreak you were going through. I know what its like to be broken into and have something stolen from you, so for the pure fact of seeing this "criminal" and pressing charges on the person that took your baby from you is satisfaction enough.

I would sue that sucker for all he's worth lol and teach him a lesson to never do this again to someone.
