Fatal accident on i-44 in MO involving 2 School buses suv and tractor.

Theyre not pointing fingers yet, but ive got money on the driver of the first bus.

Well really its everyones fault....the t/t driver shouldn't have needed to lock his brakes up because he was unaware of traffic slowing etc.

The suv driver, if he had distanced himself properly, would have not needed to react the same way.

The bus drivers should have also followed suit, not only because theyve been licensed accordingly but there are fucking children on board for god sakes.

Really i guess technically it would lie with the SUV driver because he was the most at fault but honestly it really just sucks for everyone because if everyone was paying attention this could and SHOULD have been avoided, but it's not a perfect world so what ya gonna do.

I think states should, on a volunteer basis, up the seriousness of their driving tests. I wouldn't mind having to take a serious driving test which focuses more on reaction and attention rather then a fucking 3 point turn and parking.

People are too lazy though. Fucking people lol.

And, true. It's kinda hard to blame anyone. It;s kinda sick and twisted but i wouldnt put it passed anyone to try to blame the 19yo that died, simply for the fact that he's dead and it's just easier to blame him.
