Rinse your mouth out with saltwater.

Or dip your finger in some salt and put it directly on the sore. It'll burn for a sec but it dries them up quick.

I get them once in a while and they deff suck.

A lot of things can cause them but it is usually acidic foods, poor oral hygiene, or stress.
