How did you guys unpin your bulb sockets?

Mine need to be reversed on the HID, so I was wondering how you unpin them.

That's not how you do it. You put the connector that fits into the ballast itself in backwards. This reverses the polarity.

Unless you aren't using one of those "universal" kits.

it should be totally plug/play, thats how my HID kit works, I only needed a 9006 adapter then that plugs into ballast then the ballast wires plug into the HID bulb. That simple.

The HID kit comes with all the harnesses....it plugs into the ballast, then plugs into the wires on the bulb. If polarity needs to be reversed, you disconnect the harness from the ballast itself and turn the plug around...
