Shit dude, that sucks....you have too big of a heart. I never would've done that. But when I was looking into taking someone to court, I was told by a P.I. that you can either a) garnish their check or b) take it from their bank account....so when money is in their account, you can drain it until the debt is paid. Otherwise...guess you're fucked huh.
