Oh and I also learned out to master the art of timing up a DOHC Honda engine.

I learned that my $1600 Paul Reed Smith sounds and plays better after sanding the poly clear off the back of the neck, the neck joint, and modifying the neck joint by installing brass inserts and brass bolts in place of regular screws also improves overal tonality and sustain.

This week I learned Old managers at previous jobs suck.
Also, a 15 minute axle change winds up being a 2 hour job because of noob mistakes...Fuck that.

umm i figured out your going to be really sore when you go ice skating with girls that can't skate...

I also figured out the economy is so bad little children are trying to own cars by trading their bikes. cause some kid tried that on me yesterday for my cb. lets just say i wasn't to happy when he said my car was a pile and he could beat me on his bike...i proved him wrong.

I learned how to setup RAID and install a clean OS on an IBM server.

I learned that when you call the cable company to help with an internet connection problem, the guy on the other end of the phone might not know any better than you do! Mufugga had me exchange my good (albeit old) modem for a new model, which didn't fix the problem... when I called again, the next guy said "well, since you removed the old modem from the account, and the new one won't connect, I can't figure out what your problem is!" If the old modem was still there, he could've at least determined the problem.


And, somewhat related... I learned that drinking til 5am, and then getting up at 7am for the cable guy does not make for a fun time. Although, wandering aimlessly around my old neighborhood at 4:30am... yeah, that was a fun time (just glad the new owners of my old house didn't see me standing there... )
