People and Hondas...not as amazing as you might think

I am relaxing by surfing between sites and Honda just put up this awesome video about getting free washes for super dirt Hondas..anyways, thats not why I am posting but I am posting on the fact of what people are saying...

Right now I am knee deep in a debate, on why some people who own 15 year old Hondas are having paint issues, appearantly the nm rods think that the paint should look new til the day they die. I asked them if they wax and buff their paint and they all said no. they just wash it. :roll:

my roof is fading and it annoys me but I live with it. After all its 17 yrs old and has original paint. But it still shines in spots lol. Some of my friend's new cars that are 5-6 yrs old are already fading. So I feel better that I can take care of my paint and make it last

i never cared for the paint on ym car. it was already faded. i remember everytime there was a shopping cart in a parking space..i'd just ram it. now if i had a new paint job things wouldve been a tab bit different. i even do it with the mazda since the front bumper is chipped to hell and back

Thats how I feel Kai. My paint looks like shit but thats because the idiots before me didnt take care of business.

But what blows my mind is how people think like this, where they expect Honda to come up with a Paint that looks new, even after 10 years after they brought the car.

Some guy said " yah I own a 1998 Prelude, it was red, and now its PINK. THANKS HONDA!"
