Thats a video of flouroscopy....we do these studies as well.

Usually we give them barium to swallow lol which looks like ...you guessed it....thick white jizzzz.

When they swallow it you see it as bright white or black depending on how the machine is setup.

Kinda cool watching peoples insides move around in realtime.
